The complete MobMap package

This package contains the addon you need to use the database in WoW as well as a small external (windows-based) tool to conveniently update the addon, your local database copy and to upload your collected data. This tool - the MobMapUpdater - is available in german and english language and does not have to be run in parallel with WoW.

This full package is the suggested way to install MobMap. It ensures maximum comfort and offers the most simple way to keep MobMap and its database up-to-date. If you are unsure about what to download, this is probably what you want.

To use MobMap to its fullest, I highly suggest installing the TomTom addon. TomTom is a lightweight tool which manages waypoints on the map and helps a lot when navigating to positions displayed by MobMap.

The Addon

The MobMap Addon is an ingame database browser. It displays the positions of all known mobs and NPCs on the ingame map as well as the minimap. It also integrates itself into your questlog and finds the positions of quest mobs with just one click. And it does even more: it allows you to search the MobMap quest database, the merchant database and the recipe database.

These packages are to be used for manual installation. The Updater tool which greatly simplifies addon/database updates and uploads is NOT included in these packages!
